Measure qualified RFQs, RFQ-to-opportunity rate, lead quality, conversion rate by landing page, organic visibility for commercial terms, engagement with capability pages, form completion, sales qualification time, and revenue influenced by website-generated opportunities. These metrics tell you whether the redesign improved the business rather than simply the interface.
